SP715X62 Hayward Filter Valve
For Pro Series Sand Filters

This is a sand filter valve used on the Hayward Pro Series filters.
Plumbing connections to the pump, backwash line, and pool returns are
2" female pipe threads. Filter connectors are included as shown.

SP715X62 Hayward Filter valve package

This is a 2" Valve package used on the Hayward Pro series sand filters.
The SP715X32 is very similar in appearance, but will not replace this valve.
Note the graphics shown below of the Pro Series and Pro Series Plus.
Both filters have a one piece plastic body.

The SP715X32 is used on the Hayward S-200 & S-240, which have 2 piece bodies..

SP715X62 Information

Side mount, 2" Hayward multiport valve
Used on Pro Series sidemtount filters with 1 piece plastic tank
                
Total Height with plumbing is 13-1/4" (Excluding the handle)
Front to back measures 11-1/8" (Including valve to filter plumbing)

Spacing on pipes
	Centerline spacing is 6"
	Inside spacing between pipes is 3-1/2" (at the ends)

Plumbing ports
	2" Male pipe threads (2-3/8" actual inside diameter)

Identification hints
	Valve color is black, older versions were dark brown
	Valve cover attaches with 10 bolts and nuts
	"SP715 X62" is written on the top label
	"SP-715-A 8" is molded onto the body (this number is also found
		on some other Hayward valves)

Includes
	Filter to valve plumbing as shown with o-rings
	Sight glass with gasket
	Pressure gauge
